Integration of your PLM system and Rational DOORS with XOpenDoor
The goal of XOpenDoor is to pass the requirements from DOORS to your PLM system. Through integration of DOORS as a special tool in PLM systems, the requirements are linked to the part structure and there-fore are available throughout the whole product engineering process. The main benefits of XOpenDoor are the change control and traceability of requirements by PLM.

Mass Management with M³®
Manufacturers of complex products are subject to high requirements concerning control of mass proper-ties like mass, centre of gravity and moment of inertia of their products. Within Product Lifecycle Management it is therefore becoming more and more important to supervise all relevant mass properties from the very beginning to the end phase of a product’s lifecycle in order to make adjustments when necessary.
